In today's world, we can collect a lot of information about almost everything at lightning speed.
We don't even have to get out of bed to do it.
Communities,
they flood the internet search engine.
books,
podcasts
analyses,
And if that weren't enough, a well-optimized advertising space pops up for us every step of the way,
as a result of recent searches.
Why am I starting here?
4 things you should be aware of if you start construction:
01
You can read a lot of useful “half-truths” about practically anything. Without professional experience, it’s hard to put them into context.
02
Among the endless and often truly good options, you look for what is optimized for your specific location, needs, and financial background, but usuallyall you find is general, commercial information.
03
The planning you're in nowis just the tip of the iceberg - it's worth considering the entire process, including the implementation phase, so your "research time" can also increase drastically.
04
Design and construction are not an "overnight adventure" , so it's worth starting with a team that cares at least as much about ensuring thatyour home is built to your specifications and in good quality.
Someone can spend years at this level,
We would save you this tug of war between doubts!
If you're serious about something, you'll probably want to see a professional.
Implementation depends on the speed of decisions.
No matter the amount of information, your project will only progress if you can make decisions, and for this you need up-to-date and real information!
We can support you in this!
But why is it worth contacting us?
Of course, the Danube (and Tisza) could be fenced off from architectural offices, so why us?
We design elegant houses tailored to individual needs and integrated into the environment .
We work with natural, healthy, environmentally friendly building materials
We have like-minded product manufacturer and construction partners
The architect's job is not to design.
Az építész munkája az építtető támogatása. Az igények kifejezése, optimalizálása, formába öntése - javaslattétel és előkészítés.
So that YOU can move forward quickly .
Someone can spend years at this level,
We would save you this tug of war between doubts!
We will not impose style, materials, etc.! Although we have fundamental professional beliefs about these things, and because of that, we have a profile that you may already know.
At this stage, we need to decide whether we want to work together.
And just as you are looking for the team, we also need to select those clients to whom we can provide real, intensive help.
That's why we don't like to waste time. We want to get you in position as quickly as possible.
How can we move forward ?
It would be good for you too if you could find a professional or team with whom you can discuss your needs, shape what you want, or what your family wants. And then it will be easier to think about the path to implementation.
Don't worry! Very few people contact us with an exact design program, material specifications, etc.
This is not your job.
Especially not based on all kinds of quality professional writing collected from the online space.
Effective preparation is our task, together with you.
Why can't you lose anything by asking a question?
Ask us for a quote - it won't be an easier decision based on the entire process, it's worth taking advantage of! : )
What will happen if you contact us?
01
If you write us a short message (we need a phone number and a geographical number for the work)
02
We research the legal environment, compile a property information sheet and contact you by phone.
03
we will coordinate the design program (your needs/requirements) in broad terms and send you a quote
04
After discussing the above, we can definitely decide whether to work together.
Where can writing a simple request for quotation take you?
01
You will have an itemized quote for the price of architectural and general design work.
02
You can learn about the main stages of the design/construction process
03
We estimate a budget to see what is roughly feasible in today's market situation, and if necessary, we connect you with a financial advisory partner.
04
If necessary, we will connect you with additional partners.
Embark on an adventure! Take charge of the realization of your home!
A few professional thoughts
We design with natural building materials , because in our opinion (and according to many researchers and studies) it is possible to live healthily in such a house in the long term. It is worth reading about the sick building syndrome, in Hungarian, German and English. For us, it is a fundamental requirement that health comes first! And this also means taking the environmental load into account.
We design with passive systems because we believe that a well-thought-out design cannot be replaced or compensated by a technical, mechanical system - and in most cases it is not worth it, nor does it support a sustainable, environmentally friendly approach.
In addition to designing with professional, organic building materials, we also have experience with traditional folk and international contemporary natural building materials and related construction technologies. If required, we can also design structures and surfaces that can be implemented by hand.
