Sustainability is part of our nature - it means continuous development, adaptation, continuous renewal. Just as in all areas of my life, I strongly question the established habits (status quo), I seek that which creates community, not divides, that which increases freedom and humanity, not diminishes it. For me, the interconnected existence of nature is exemplary, and by analogy, I imagine a built environment where similar principles dominate.
For me, one of the defining experiences in this field was a social construction camp in Kisvejke (organized by Habitat for Humanity), which directed my attention towards the countryside, construction and people. Here, the emphasis was not primarily on natural materials, but rather on service - for me, this is where respect for nature as a human habitat and an attraction to natural, human-friendly materials grow - I do not consider myself a romantically sentimental environmentalist. The other great impulse for me was the life story of Károly Kós , which is full of humility, craftsmanship and learning from our ancestors.
Helping people comes first, that's why I work - I love architecture because of its complexity. I love concept creation and construction the most, as well as company building and management - I still have a lot to learn in each area - but that depends more on time than determination.
